摘　　要：结合国内外的最新研究,从人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)疫苗有效性、安全性和人们对疫苗认知度及接种意愿等方面进行综述,分析我国引入HPV疫苗后的接种现状,结合目前吉林省免疫规划实际工作,对当前HPV疫苗接种工作存在的问题与不足进行概述,提出相应的对策与建议,提高我省适龄人群接种覆盖率。Combining the latest research at home and abroad,this paper reviews the effectiveness and safety of the human papilloma virus (HPV) vaccine and people’s awareness of the vaccine and willingness to vaccinate it,and analyzes the current vaccination status of the HPV vaccine in China after its introduction from abroad.Furthermore,by combining the actual work of the current immunization program in Jilin Province,this paper summarizes the existing problems and weak points of the current HPV vaccination work,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the vaccination coverage rate among the population of the right age in Jilin Province.
