中成药在吉林省重大传染病治疗中的策略及思考

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒感染性肺炎流行之际,我国医疗队伍通过各种治疗手段,尽早地抑制住了病情发展。与此同时,中医药治疗在其中挥了独特的优势和作用,医护人员和科研人员为推动中西医结合做出了重要贡献。中药在疫病的治疗中历史悠久,有许多专著记载,并发挥了良好的治病效果。本综述收集了吉林省药企所生产并对传染病有一定疗效的中成药,探究其中的成分及机理,基于中医药的理论研究,发现其中的许多中成药可以根据新冠肺炎的发病时期和状态运用于治疗过程中,有助于我国中医药在应对重大传染病过程中发挥积极作用。After the epidemic of novel coronavirus pneumonia happened,Chinese medical teams suppressed the development of the disease as soon as possible through various treatment methods,in which traditional Chinese medicine has played a unique advantage and role,and medical staff and researchers in China have made important contributions to promoting the integration of Chinese and western medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history in the treatment of epidemic diseases and has achieved a good therapeutic effect,which has been recorded in many monographs.This review collects those Chinese patent medicines produced by pharmaceutical enterprises in Jilin Province that have a certain curative effect on infectious diseases,and explores their ingredients and mechanisms on the basis of the theoretical research of Chinese medicine.It is found that many Chinese patent medicines can be used in the treatment process in accordance with the development stages and states of the novel coronavirus pneumonia,which is expected to be helpful for traditional Chinese medicine to play an active role in responsing to future serious infectious diseases.
