摘 要:为了解决防锈油在轴承套圈上残留、导致盐浴淬火后轴承套圈表面产生黄斑的问题,对市面上的防锈油添加剂进行了筛选,发现二壬基磺酸钡(T705)、石油磺酸钡(T701)易导致黄斑产生,并且套圈发黄严重,十二烯基丁二酸(T746)、二壬基磺酸钙(T705C)、石油磺酸钙以及复合剂1号、复合剂2号、复合剂3号没有产生黄斑。通过元素分析,发现含钡高的添加剂产生黄斑;通过电镜分析,轴承套圈表面产生黄斑是由于附着的防锈油添加剂影响轴承套圈表面的氧化程度,从而产生色差。In order to solve the problem of yellow spots on the surface of the bearing ring after salt quenching caused by the residue of anti-rust oil on the bearing ring, the anti-rust oil additives on the market were screened. It was found that barium dinonylnaphthalene sulfonate(T705) and barium petroleum sulfonate(T701) could easily cause the yellow spots and the bearing ring became yellow seriously;while dodecenyl succinic acid(T746), calcium dinonylnaphthalene sulfonate(T705 C),calcium petroleum sulfonate and compounding agent No.1, 2 and 3 did not lead to yellow spots. Results of elemental analysis showed that the additive with high barium contents produced the yellow spots. Through SEM analysis, the yellow spots on the surface of the bearing ring were caused by the attached anti-rust oil additive affecting the oxidation degree of the bearing ring surface, resulting in color difference.
