摘　　要：以我站20L钟罩式气体流量标准装置为基础,简要介绍其技术参数、基本结构及工作过程。采用静态容积法对其进行性能检定,详细介绍了其检定过程,并通过实例详细讲解静态容积法的检定要求。Based on the 20L bell jar gas flow standard device in our station, this paper briefly introduces its technical parameters, basic structure and working process. The static volumetric method was used to verify its performance. The verification process is introduced in detail and the verification requirements with the static volumetric method are explained in detail through examples.
