摘　　要：超低温冰箱温度参数是否准确直接影响被保存样本的质量,为确保设备性能可靠,需定期校准。针对有关标准中空载校准和测试方法偏离实际应用的现象,本文结合现场检校实际情况,对超低温冰箱校准仪器的选择、校准方法、安全防护措施等校准过程中的常见问题进行探讨,并给出相关建议。Ultra low temperature refrigerators are widely used in biological research, clinical medicine, etc. The accuracy of the temperature in a refrigerator directly affects the quality of the samples stored in the refrigerator. Regular calibration of refrigerators is needed to ensure the reliability of their performance. Considering actual situation of on-site calibration, this paper discusses the common problems in calibration of ultra-low temperature refrigerators, such as the selection of calibration instruments, calibration methods, safety protection measures, and gives relevant suggestions.
