摘 要:颅脑损伤(TBI)涉及多种且复杂的神经损伤机制,损伤程度及预后与神经炎症反应密切相关。小胶质细胞是中枢神经免疫系统中最重要的免疫细胞,在TBI中其亚型分化及功能表达具有动态且多面性,但具体机制尚未深入研究。本文主要围绕小胶质细胞在TBI中的免疫调控及对神经元作用机制作一综述。Traumatic brain injury(TBI)involves multiple and complex nerve injury mechanisms.The degree of injury and prognosis are closely related to the neuroinflammatory response.Microglia are the most important immune cells in the central nervous immune system and their subtype differentiation and function in TBI expression is dynamic and multi-faceted,and the specific mechanism has not been thoroughly investigated.This article mainly reviews the immune regulation of microglia in TBI and its mechanism of action on neurons.
