摘　　要：文章介绍了板坯连铸生产50Mn2V板坯面临的主要难点。结合装备特点优化工艺制度,有效降低了板坯中心偏析,防止裂纹出现,生产的板坯经热装轧制,产品质量满足用户要求。This paper introduces the main difficulties of 50Mn2V slab production by slab continuous casting. Combined with the characteristics of the equipment, the process system is optimized to effectively reduce the central segregation of the slab and prevent cracks. The produced slab is hot loaded and rolled, and the product quality meets the requirements of users.
