摘　　要：文章介绍了直进式自动喷码机用于螺旋焊管喷码,是在钢管旋转时,喷印臂直线进入钢管内部或在外部进行喷码的一种方式,能实现螺旋焊管成品自动喷码,降低机器人自动喷码的采购成本,解决人工喷标外观质量差的问题。The direct automatic coding machine is used for spiral welded pipe coding. It is a way that the printing arm goes straight into the inside or outside of the steel pipe while the steel pipe is rotating. It can realize the automatic coding of spiral welded pipe products, reduce the purchasing cost of the robot automatic coding, and solve the problems of the poor appearance quality of manual spraying.
