摘 要:NiMnIn基合金是一类新型磁控功能材料,具有优异的磁致形状记忆效应和磁热效应等。该合金磁控性能来源于磁场诱发的逆马氏体相变,即从弱磁性马氏体转变为铁磁性奥氏体。奥氏体和马氏体的晶体结构、马氏体微观组织晶体学特征、马氏体相变取向关系等晶体学知识,对于深入理解和优化该合金多功能磁控行为具有重要的指导意义。基于近年来在NiMnIn基磁致形状记忆合金晶体学研究方面取得的主要进展,围绕奥氏体和6M调制马氏体晶体结构特征、6M调制马氏体微观组织的晶体学特征及其形成机制、马氏体相变晶体学取向关系、马氏体相变转变路径、6M调制马氏体在外加载荷下的变体重排行为及其机制5个方面展开讨论。最后,对NiMnIn基磁致形状记忆合金晶体学研究存在的主要问题和发展趋势进行了总结和展望。NiMnIn alloy is a kind of new magnetic-controlled intelligent materials, which has excellent magnetic shape memory effect and magnetocaloric effect. Its magnetoresponsive functional behaviors are originated from reverse martensitic phase transformation induced by magnetic field. In the process, there exists the transformation from weak-magnetic martensite to ferromagnetic austenite. Thus, researches on crystal structures of austenite and martensite, crystallographic characters of martensite microstructure, and orientation relationship in martensitic phase transformation are helpful to understand and optimize the magnetoresponsive functional behaviors of NiMnIn alloy. Based on the research progress on crystallography of NiMnIn magnetic shape memory alloy, the five main contents were reviewed in this study. They can be concluded as crystal structures of austenite and 6 M modulated martensite, crystallographic characters and formation mechanism of microstructure in 6 M modulated martensite, orientation relationship in austenite-martensite phase transformation, transformation path of 6 M martensitic phase transformation, rearrangement behavior and mechanism of martensite variants under external mechanical loading, respectively. Finally, the existing problems and development trend on crystallography study of NiMnIn alloy were summarized and prospected.
