浅谈六腑以通为用在胰腺癌中的应用

摘　　要：因胰腺癌恶性程度之高,预后之差,素有“癌王”之称,胰腺癌发病隐匿,进展快,治疗效果差,有着较高的患病率和病死率,且复发率也高,单一的治疗方式很难延长患者的生存期,而多学科综合治疗模式的应用则可以各取所长。文章旨在探讨运用“六腑以通为用”的理论作为指导对胰腺癌进行辨证施治,更好地发挥中医中药的优势。Because of its high degree of malignancy and poor prognosis,pancreatic cancer is known as the“king of cancer”.Pancreatic cancer has hidden onset,rapid progress,poor treatment effect,high morbidity and mortality,and high recurrence rate.It is difficult to prolong the survival period of patients with a single treatment method,and the application of a multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment model can take advantage of each.The paper explored the use of the theory of“six fu viscera keeping unobstructed”as a guide for the treatment of pancreatic cancer,the treatment of pancreatic cancer based on syndrome differentiation,and better use of the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.
