健脾固本汤联合艾灸治疗原发性肝癌患者癌因性疲乏的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察健脾固本汤联合艾灸治疗原发性肝癌患者癌因性疲乏的临床效果。方法选取2019年5月—2021年12月收治于萍乡市中医院肿瘤科门诊和住院的原发性肝癌伴有癌因性疲乏患者50例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各25例,对照组采用常规对症治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用自拟方健脾固本汤联合艾灸治疗,治疗10 d为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后观察比较2组患者治疗前后卡氏(KPS)评分、中医证候积分、疲乏状况评分改善情况。结果2组患者治疗前在KPS评分、中医证候积分、疲乏状况评分方面差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后KPS评分明显高于治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后中医证候积分及疲乏状况评分明显低于治疗前,并明显低于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用健脾固本汤联合艾灸治疗原发性肝癌患者癌因性疲乏,能改善患者体力状况,缓解患者疲乏程度,提升生活质量,延长生命。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Guben decoction combined with moxibustion on cancer-related fatigue in patients with primary liver cancer.Methods From May 2019 to December 2021,50 cases of primary liver cancer with cancer-related fatigue were admitted to Pingxiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were divided into the treatment group and the control group with 25 cases each.The control group was treated with routine symptomatic treatment,and the treatment group was treated with self-made prescription Jianpi Guben decoction combined with moxibustion on the basis of the control group.After 10 days of treatment,the improvement of Kashi(KPS)score,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and fatigue score before and after treatment was observed and compared.Results There was no significant difference in KPS score,TCM syndrome score and fatigue score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The KPS score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score and fatigue score were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of cancer-related fatigue in patients with primary liver cancer with Jianpi Guben decoction combined with moxibustion can improve the physical condition of the patients,effectively alleviate the symptoms of the patients,alleviate the degree of fatigue,improve the quality of life of the patients.
