健脾润肤汤联合除湿止痒软膏治疗手足皲裂性湿疹临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究健脾润肤汤联合除湿止痒软膏治疗手足皲裂性湿疹的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2019年7月—2020年7月大连广益德中医医院收治的94例手足皲裂性湿疹患者,随机分为对照组与试验组,各47例,对照组予以丁酸氢化可的松软膏,日3次。试验组予以健脾润肤汤联合除湿止痒软膏。2组均治疗2周。治疗结束后比较2组临床疗效及安全性。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后2组证候积分降低(P<0.05);治疗后与对照组相比,试验组证候积分较低,症状消退时间缩短,临床总有效率较高,不良反应发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论健脾润肤汤联合除湿止痒软膏治疗手足皲裂性湿疹的临床疗效非常显著,既可改善患者各种症状,又可减少其不良反应,安全性较高。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Jianpi Runfu decoction combined with Chushi Zhiyang ointment in the treatment of hand foot chapped eczema.Methods 94 cases of hand foot chapped eczema patients in Dalian Guangyide Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to July 2020 were randomly divided into control group(47 cases)and experimental group(47 cases).The control group was given hydrocortisone butyrate ointment,three times a day.The experimental group was given Jianpi Runfu decoction combined with Chushi Zhiyang ointment.2 groups were treated for 2 weeks.After treatment,the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with before treatment,the syndrome score of the two groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the syndrome score of the experimental group was lower,the time of symptom regression was shortened,the total clinical effective rate was higher,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Runfu decoction combined with Chushi Zhiyang ointment has significant clinical effect in the treatment of hand foot chapped eczema,which can not only improve the symptoms of patients,but also reduce its adverse reactions with high safety.
