化癥消胚汤辅助治疗异位妊娠临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察中药化癥消胚汤辅助治疗异位妊娠患者的临床效果。方法选取2019年5月—2021年4月南昌市新建区中医院异位妊娠患者68例,随机分为2组,各34例。对照组给予甲氨蝶呤+米非司酮治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合中药化癥消胚汤辅助治疗,对比疗效、血清β-HCG、异位妊娠包块直径及不良反应。结果试验组治愈率显著高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清β-HCG下降率、异位妊娠包块直径均降低,且试验组指标显著低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组患者主症、次症证候积分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲氨蝶呤+米非司酮联合中药化癥消胚汤辅助治疗异位妊娠疗效显著,安全性好,多加推广应用,有助于提高治疗效果,减少不良反应的发生。Objective To observe the effect of Chinese medicine Huazheng Xiaopei decoction in adjuvant treatment of patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 68 patients with ectopic pregnancy in Xinjian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to April 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with methotrexate and mifepristone,and the experimental group was combined with Chinese medicine Huazheng Xiaopei decoction.The efficacy,serumβ-HCG,diameter of ectopic pregnancy mass and adverse reactions was compared.Results The cure rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the reduction rate of serumβ-HCG and the diameter of ectopic pregnancy masses in the two groups decreased,and the indexes of the test group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the main symptoms of the test group were The scores of the secondary syndromes were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of methotrexate+mifepristone and Chinese medicine Huazheng Xiaopei decoction for adjuvant treatment of ectopic pregnancy is effective and safe.More popularization and application can help improve the treatment effect and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
