补肾接骨汤联合熏洗对桡骨远端骨折术后骨折愈合及腕关节功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾接骨汤联合熏洗对桡骨远端骨折术后骨折愈合及腕关节功能影响。方法选取大连广益德中医医院桡骨远端骨折患者72例,随机分为2组,各36例,患者予以常规手术治疗,对照组术后接受常规功能锻炼、手腕热敷、手法按摩;试验组联用补肾接骨汤+中药熏洗,2组连续14 d。比较2组腕关节功能情况、握力、疼痛程度、Gartland-Werley评分及完全愈合时间。结果与对照组相比,试验组治疗后腕关节功能优良率、握力、残余急性评分、主观评分、客观评分较高,VAS评分较低,骨折完全愈合时间较短(P<0.05)。结论补肾接骨汤联合复元活血熏洗汤能促进桡骨远端骨折术后腕关节功能恢复,减轻疼痛感,从而提高治疗效果,具有一定的临床价值。Objective To investigate the effect of Bushen Jiegu decoction combined with fumigation and washing on fracture healing and wrist joint function after distal radius fracture operation.Methods 72 patients with distal radius fracture in Dalian Guangyide Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups,with 36 cases in each.The control group received routine functional exercise,wrist hot compress and manual massage after operation,and the experimental group received more with Bushen Jiegu decoction and herbal fumigation for 14 days.Wrist function,grip strength,pain,Gartland werley score and complete healing time were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the excellent and good rate of wrist joint function,grip strength,residual acute score,subjective score and objective score were higher,VAS score was lower,and fracture healing time was shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Jiegu decoction combined with Fuyuan Huoxue fumigation decoction can promote the recovery of wrist joint function after distal radius fracture surgery,reduce pain,and improve the treatment effect,which has certain clinical value.
