止咳一号散穴位贴敷治疗小儿痰热闭肺型肺炎喘嗽临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究“止咳一号散”穴位贴敷治疗小儿痰热闭肺型肺炎喘嗽的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月就诊于徐州市中医院的咳喘患儿80例,随机分为2组,各40例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用“止咳一号散”穴位贴敷治疗,比较2组临床疗效及安全性。结果观察组患儿治疗后总有效率为92.5%(37/40),高于对照组的77.5%(31/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿咳喘缓解时间、肺部啰音消失时间、咳喘消失时间均短于对照组;治疗后观察组中医证候总积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿家长对治疗满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论“止咳一号散”穴位贴敷治疗可显著改善患儿肺炎喘嗽症状,减轻患儿痛苦,提高患者家长满意度,安全性好。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of“Zhike No.1 powder”acupoint application in treating children’s cough caused by phlegm-heat blocking lung pneumonia.Methods 80 children with cough and asthma who were treated in Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with“Zhike No.1 powder”on the basis of western medicine.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.5%(37/40),which was higher than that in the control group(77.5%(31/40)),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relief time of cough and asthma,disappearance time of pulmonary rales and disappearance time of cough and asthma in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group.After treatment,the total score of TCM syndrome in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The parents'satisfaction with treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of“Zhike No.1 powder”can significantly improve the symptoms of pneumonia and asthma in children,relieve the pain of children,improve the satisfaction of parents,and is safe and free of toxic and side effects.
