热敏灸结合电针对中风肢体不遂患者康复的影响

摘　　要：目的研究热敏灸结合电针对中风肢体不遂患者康复的影响。方法96例中风肢体不遂病例随机平分为热敏灸结合电针治疗组及电针对照组,采用中医症状评分、运动功能评定及证候疗效评定对比分析2组治疗效果。结果2种治疗对于改善中风后患者半身不遂、偏身麻木症状方面均有一定疗效,其中以热敏灸结合电针治疗的效果较为显著(P<0.01);在改善患者的四肢运动功能方面,热敏灸结合电针比单用电针效果较佳(P<0.05);热敏灸结合电针与单用电针相比较,临床疗效较好,能够提高患者治疗的显效率(P<0.05)。结论热敏灸结合电针治疗中风后肢体不遂效果较明显,具有较好的临床应用价值,需进一步研究。Objective To study the effect of thermal moxibustion combined with electroacupuncture on the rehabilitation of stroke limb failure.Methods 96 cases of stroke limb failure were randomly divided into thermal moxibustion combined with electroacupuncture treatment group and electroacupuncture control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was analyzed by traditional Chinese medine symptom score,motor function evaluation and syndrome efficacy evaluation.Results The two groups have certain curative effect on improving the symptoms of hemiplegia and heminumbness after stroke,among which the effect of thermal moxibustion combined with electroacupuncture was more significant(P<0.01).In improving the limbs movement function of patients,the effect of thermal moxibustion combined with electroacupuncture is better than that of electroacupuncture group(P<0.05).Compared with electroacupuncture group,the clinical effect was better,and the effective rate of the treatment was improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of thermal moxibustion combined with electroacupuncture is obvious,and it has better clinical application value,and needs further study.
