针刺联合穴位按摩治疗特发性面神经麻痹临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺联合穴位按摩治疗特发性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法选取沈阳市第一人民医院收治的特发性面神经麻痹患者86例,随机分2组,各43例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组加用针刺联合穴位按摩,2组患者进行为期1个月的治疗。观察2组患者中医症状积分改变情况,并比较2组临床疗效。结果2组中医症状积分均减少,且治疗组减少更显著(P<0.05);2组H-B分级均较前改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善更明显(P<0.05);治疗组临床总有效率为97.67%(42/43),高于对照组的83.72%(36/43)(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合穴位按摩可活血通络、调畅气血运行,从而改善特发性面神经麻痹患者临床症状和体征,恢复患者面神经功能,有效治疗特发性面神经麻痹,值得推广。Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of idiopathic facial palsy.Methods A total of 86 patients with idiopathic facial nerve palsy admitted to Shenyang First People's Hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups,43 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the treatment group received acupuncture combined with acupoint massage.The 2 groups were treated for 1 month.To observe the changes of TCM symptom score of 2 groups,and compare the clinical efficacy of 2 groups.Results The TCM symptom scores in both groups were decreased,and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).The H-B grade of both groups was improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group was more obvious(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.67%(42/43),which was higher than that of the control group(83.72%,36/43)(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with acupoint massage can activate blood circulation and regulate qi and blood circulation,so as to improve clinical symptoms and signs of patients with idiopathic facial nerve paralysis and restore facial nerve function.Effective treatment of idiopathic facial paralysis,is worth promoting.
