经方治疗感冒后咳嗽医案举隅

摘　　要：经方是指汉代以前经典医药著作中记载的方剂,以张仲景的方剂为代表,专指《伤寒论》《金匮要略》中的方剂。《金匮要略心典·徐序》:“惟仲景则独祖经方,而集其大成,惟此两书,真所谓经方之祖。”通常所说经方,多为此指。张仲景所著《伤寒杂病论》中的方剂,虽然经过了2000多年的发展,但是在当代临床应用中仍然可以取得满意的疗效。经方具有药味少,效专力宏的特点,但是对辨证水平要求较高,需要方证相应,才能取效。文章以3例感冒后咳嗽患者为例,来进行临证医案分析。Classical prescription refers to the prescriptions recorded in classic medical works before the Han Dynasty,represented by Zhang Zhongjing’s prescriptions.It refers specifically to the prescriptions in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Synopsis of the Golden Chamber.Golden Chamber Xindian·Xu Xu:“Zhongjing is the sole ancestor of classical prescription,and collects its great achievements,but these two books are really called the ancestor of classical prescription.”Generally speaking,classical prescription refers to this.Although the prescriptions in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases by Zhang Zhongjing have been developed for more than 2000 years,they can still achieve satisfactory curative effects in contemporary clinical applications.Classical prescriptions have the characteristics of less medicinal taste and powerful effects,but they require higher dialectical level and require prescriptions and certificates to be effective.This article takes 3 patients with cough after catching a cold as an example to analyze the clinical medical records.
