耳穴压丸法在艾滋病老年患者护理的体会

摘　　要：目的探讨耳穴压丸联合护理于艾滋病老年患者治疗中的临床体会,以利于指导临床。方法分析2014年1月—2018年12月江西省中西医结合医院收治的60例50岁以上老年艾滋病患者,随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组30例,治疗组采用对症及支持治疗,加用耳穴压丸法联合护理,对照组采用对症及支持治疗,用常规方法护理,统计2组疗效,得出结论。结果治疗组总有效率为83.3%(25/30),对照组总有效率为56.7%(17/30),2组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于艾滋病老年患者,耳穴压丸法联合护理,有良好治疗效果,值得临床进一步探讨。Objective To explore the clinical effect of auricular point pressing pill combined nursing in the treatment of senile AIDS patients.Methods 60 AIDS patients over 50 years old admitted to Jiangxi provincial hospital of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine between January 2014 and December 2018 were analyzed,and they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 patients in each group.Symptomatic and supportive treatment was used in the treatment group,combined with AIDS elderly patients and nursing care,symptomatic and supportive treatment was used in the control group,and routine nursing was used.The curative effect of the two groups was counted,and the conclusion was drawn.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.3%(25/30),and that of the control group was 56.7%(17/30).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For AIDS elderly patients auricular point pressure pill combined with nursing has a good therapeutic effect,and it is worthy of further clinical discussion.
