摘　　要：卒中后丘脑痛是一种病程较长且影响患者生活质量的一种中枢性疼痛。西医目前对本病的治疗不良反应较大。作者阅读大量文献资料总结近年来中医对卒中后丘脑痛的研究进程。从中医对本病在病因病机方面的认识,辨证分型以及中医治疗等方面认识。特别是从近年来中药治疗、中成药治疗及中医疗法联合治疗等方面对治疗本病的临床报道作一综述。Thalamic pain after stroke is a kind of central pain which has a long course and affects the quality of life of patients.At present,western medicine has more side effects on this disease.The author has read a lot of literature and summarized the research progress of thalamic pain after stroke in recent years.From the understanding of etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease.In particular,from the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese patent medicine treatment and traditional Chinese medicine combined treatment in recent years,the clinical reports of this disease were reviewed.
