环氧树脂乳化沥青粘层油性能室内试验研究

摘　　要：为了检验环氧树脂乳化沥青粘层油的性能,通过对比洒布了环氧树脂乳化沥青粘层油和普通乳化沥青粘层油的双层沥青混合料试件在不同试验温度、洒布量等条件下的剪切强度和拉拔强度,研究了环氧树脂乳化沥青粘层油性能的影响因素及优点。结果表明:1)在不同试验温度下,环氧乳化沥青粘层油的剪切强度与拉拔强度均高于普通乳化粘层油;2)环氧乳化沥青粘层油的最佳洒布量约为0. 8 L/m^(2),且其高温耐水性能优于普通乳化沥青粘层油;3)在40℃条件下,洒布环氧树脂乳化沥青粘层油比洒布普通乳化沥青粘层油,剪切强度约高出12%,拉拔强度约高出5%。In order to test the property of epoxy resin emulsified asphalt tack coat oil,influence factors and advantages of the properties of epoxy emulsion asphalt tack coat oil are studied in this paper by contracting the shear strength and pull strength of specimens with tack coat oil of epoxy resin emulsified asphalt and ordinary emulsified asphalt at different temperatures and spraying volumes.The results show that:1)the shear strength and pull strength of epoxy emulsified asphalt tack coat oil are higher than that of ordinary emulsified tack coat oil at different test temperatures;2)the best spraying amount of epoxy emulsified asphalt tack coat oil is about 0.8 L/m 2,and its high temperature and water resistance is better than that of ordinary emulsified asphalt tack coat oil;3)Under the condition of 40℃,the shear strength of epoxy resin emulsified asphalt tack coat oil is about 12%higher and the drawing strength is about 5%higher than that of ordinary emulsified asphalt tack coat oil.
