摘 要:针对连续配筋混凝土路面(CRCP)温湿翘曲效应,结合试验数据和理论分析,将湿度梯度等效为温度梯度,验证并计算了CRCP的温湿翘曲应力,对配筋设计指标的敏感性进行了分析。结果表明:1)纵向钢筋弹性模量越大,温湿翘曲应力越大;2)配筋率由0. 33%变化到0. 89%时,钢筋的最大翘曲应力减小了41%,混凝土的最大翘曲应力增大了29%;3)当粘结刚度由20 MPa/mm变化到34 MPa/mm时,钢筋的最大翘曲应力增加了10%,混凝土最大翘曲应力增大了15%。该成果可供CRCP结构设计参考,可用于指导水泥混凝土路面的病害防治。Aiming at the temperature and moisture warping effect of continuously reinforced concrete pavement(CRCP),the moisture gradient is equivalent to temperature gradient based on testing data and theoretical analysis.The temperature and moisture warping stress of CRCP is verified and calculated,and the sensitivity of reinforcement design indictors is analyzed.The results show that:1)an increased elasticity modulus of longitudinal reinforcement leads to an increase of temperature and moisture warping stress;2)when the reinforcement ratio varies from 0.33%to 0.89%,the maximum warping stress of steel decreases by 41%and that of concrete increases by 29%;3)when the bond strength between concrete and steel varies from 20MPa/mm to 34MPa/mm,the maximum warping stress of steel increases by 10%and that of concrete increases by 15%.The results can be used as reference for CRCP structure design and can be used to guide the disease prevention of cement concrete pavement.
