摘 要:为提高建筑用6463铝合金的耐蚀性能,在6463铝合金表面制备酒石酸氧化膜,然后进行热水-镍盐双重封闭。研究了双重封闭对酒石酸氧化膜的形貌、厚度及耐蚀性能的影响,并与单一热水封闭、镍盐封闭作比较。结果表明:单一封闭和双重封闭对酒石酸氧化膜的厚度基本没有影响,但封闭前后酒石酸氧化膜的形貌、成分及耐蚀性能存在差异。双重封闭后酒石酸氧化膜的耐蚀性能明显好于封闭前酒石酸氧化膜、热水封闭后酒石酸氧化膜和镍盐封闭后酒石酸氧化膜,能更好的保护建筑用6463铝合金延缓腐蚀。原因归结为双重封闭效果是热水封闭和镍盐封闭效果的叠加,有效封堵了微孔使孔隙率降低,酒石酸氧化膜表面更均匀致密,具有更好的抑制腐蚀能力。In order to improve the corrosion resistance of 6463 aluminum alloy for construction,tartaric acid oxidation film was prepared on the surface of 6463 aluminum alloy,and then the film was sealed by hot water and nickel salt.The effect of dual sealing on the morphology,thickness and corrosion resistance of tartaric acid oxidation film was studied,and it was compared with single hot water sealing and nickel salt sealing.The results showed that single sealing and dual sealing have little effect on the thickness of tartaric acid oxidation film,however the morphology,components and corrosion resistance of the tartaric acid oxidation film before and after sealing was different.The corrosion resistance of the tartaric acid oxidation film after dual sealing was obviously better than that of the tartaric acid oxidation film before sealing,after hot water sealing and nickel salt sealing,which can provide better protection for 6463 aluminum alloy for construction and delay the corrosion.The reason was that the effect of dual sealing was the superposition of hot water and nickel salt,which can effectively fill the micropores and reduce the porosity,improving the compactness of tartaric acid oxidation film,and showing better corrosion inhibition ability.
