摘 要:采用化学镀方法在钕铁硼表面制备Ni-Mo-P/PTFE复合镀层,并运用正交实验法考察PTFE乳液浓度、镀液温度、化学镀时间和搅拌速率对Ni-Mo-P/PTFE复合镀层腐蚀速率的影响。结果表明:Ni-Mo-P/PTFE复合镀层的腐蚀速率随着镀液温度升高、PTFE乳液浓度增加和搅拌速率提高都呈先减小后增大的趋势,而随着化学镀时间延长呈持续减小趋势。最优工艺参数为:镀液温度90℃、PTFE乳液浓度10 mL/L、化学镀时间110 min、搅拌速度180 r/min,镀液温度对Ni-Mo-P/PTFE复合镀层的腐蚀速率影响程度最大。采用最优工艺参数制备的Ni-Mo-P/PTFE复合镀层腐蚀速率更低,约为3.75 mg·cm^(-2)·h^(-1),容抗弧半径增大且在10^(-2) Hz处的阻抗值由8500Ω·cm^(2)增大到10500Ω·cm^(2)左右,其耐蚀性明显好于非最优工艺参数制备的Ni-Mo-P/PTFE复合镀层。Ni-Mo-P/PTFE composite coating was prepared on the surface of NdFeB by electroless plating,and the influence of PTFE emulsion concentration,bath temperature,electroless plating time and stirring rate on the corrosion rate of Ni-Mo-P/PTFE composite coating was investigated by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the corrosion rate of Ni-Mo-P/PTFE composite coating decreased first and then increased with the rise of bath temperature,the increase of PTFE emulsion concentration and stirring rate,while it show a continuous decreasing trend with the extension of electroless plating time.The optimal process parameters were as follows:bath temperature 90℃,PTFE emulsion concentration 10 mL/L,electroless plating time 110 min,stirring rate 180 r/min,and the influence degree of bath temperature on the corrosion rate of Ni-Mo-P/PTFE composite coating was the greatest。The corrosion rate of the Ni-Mo-P/PTFE composite coating prepared by optimal process parameters was lower,which was about 3.75 mg·cm^(-2)·h^(-1).The arc radius of capacitive reactance was increased and the impedance value at 10^(-2) Hz increased from 8500Ω·cm^(2) to about 10500Ω·cm^(2),indicating that the corrosion resistance of the Ni-Mo-P/PTFE composite coating prepared by optimal process parameters was better than that of the Ni-Mo-P/PTFE composite coating prepared with non-optimal process parameters.
