摘 要:武汉某边坡加固工程的支护桩采用水下混凝土灌注桩,成桩后空孔段深,且空孔段内残留泥浆较多,易引发坍孔,由此而导致地表沉陷,影响旋挖钻机施工及行走安全,处理技术措施既要安全可行、经济合理、操作便捷,又不给后续施工造成困难和不利影响。通过对处理方案的比选,最终选用自凝固化灰浆技术,通过室内固化物用料量配合比试验,确定配合比技术参数,并简要介绍了工艺机理和工艺过程及注意事项,施工取得良好的泥浆固化效果。Underwater concrete cast-in-place piles are used in a slope reinforcement project in Wuhan. After the piles are formed, the hollow section is deep, and there is a lot of mud in the hollow section, which is easy to cause the collapse of the hole, which leads to the ground subsidence, the technical measures should be safe and feasible, economic and reasonable, easy to operate, and not give the following construction difficulties and adverse effects. Through the comparison and selection of the treatment schemes, the self-setting mortar technology is finally selected, and the technical parameters of the mixture ratio are determined through the laboratory test of the mixture quantity of the solidified materials, and the technological mechanism, process and matters needing attention are briefly introduced, the construction has achieved good mud solidification effect.
