摘 要:以不同年限霍山石斛根、茎、叶为原料,利用连续回流提取法提取霍山石斛中多酚成分,以标准没食子酸为参考,通过薄层层析法考察霍山石斛根、茎、叶中多酚的性质和含量差异;根据没食子酸标准曲线,用分光光度计法测得总多酚含量。得出一年生霍山石斛根、茎、叶的多酚含量分别为0.307%、0.341%和0.379%;两年生霍山石斛根、茎、叶的多酚含量分别为0.362%、0.391%和0.547%;三年生霍山石斛根、茎的多酚含量分别为0.295%和0.447%。研究结果表明,霍山石斛不同年限、不同部位霍山石斛多酚的性质具有一致性,而含量具有差异性,试验为霍山石斛的药用价值研究和开发利用提供了基础数据。The rhizome and leaf of Dendrobium huoshanense were used as raw materials,polyphenols from Dendrobium huoshanense were extracted by continuous reflux extraction,the standard gallic acid was used as reference to prove that the polyphenols contained gallic acid by TLC method and the differences of each content were compared,the content of total polyphenols was determined by spectrophotometer according to the standard curve of gallic acid.The contents of polyphenols in the roots,stems and leaves of annual Dendrobium huoshanense were 0.307%,0.341%and 0.379%;the polyphenol contents in the rhizome,stems and leaves of biennial Dendrobium huoshanense were 0.362%,0.391%and 0.547%;the polyphenol contents in the rhizome and stems of three-year-old Dendrobium huoshanense were 0.295% and 0.447%.The results showed that the properties of polyphenols in different parts of Dendrobium huoshanense in different years were consistent,but the content was different.The experiment provided basic data for the research,development and utilization of medicinal value of Dendrobium huoshanense.
