山东省国际旅游产业结构优化研究--基于SSM模型的实证分析

摘　　要：旅游产业结构优化对于增加区域旅游收入、合理利用区域旅游资源、促进区域旅游业可持续发展具有重要意义。基于2010-2019年山东省国际旅游产业发展数据,综合运用区位熵、灰色关联分析法、偏离-份额分析法(SSM)等研究方法,从专业化程度、关联性以及结构效益等方面对山东省国际旅游产业结构进行定量分析。结果表明:山东省国际旅游产业部门的整体专业化程度较高,但部门间的专业化程度差异较大;长途交通、邮电通信、住宿3个部门对山东省国际旅游收入增长的贡献最大,游览部门的贡献最小;山东省国际旅游产业的总体发展水平高于全国平均水平,优势和弱势产业发展差距较大,产业结构亟待调整。根据各部门的不同发展情况,应从强化优势产业部门主导地位、发挥基础较弱部门的后发优势、开发新的旅游产品等方面采取策略,优化山东省国际旅游产业结构。The optimization of tourism industry structure is of great significance for increasing regional tourism income,rationally utilizing regional resources and promoting the sustainable development of regional tourism.Based on the development data of international tourism industry in Shandong Province from 2010 to 2019,this paper makes a quantitative analysis on the structure of international tourism industry in Shandong Province from the aspects of specialization,correlation and structural benefits by comprehensively applying the research methods such as location entropy,grey correlation analysis and shift-share method(SSM).The results show that the overall degree of specialization of international tourism industry in Shandong Province is high,but the degree of specialization among departments is different.Long-distance transportation,post and telecommunications,and accommodation sectors contributed the most to the growth of international income in Shandong Province,while tourism sector contributed the least.The overall development level of international tourism industry in Shandong Province is higher than the national average level,and the development gap between the strong and weak industries is large,so the industrial structure needs to be adjusted.According to the different development situation of each department,different strategies should be adopted to optimize the structure of international tourism industry in Shandong Province from the aspects of strengthening the dominant position of advantageous industry departments,giving full play to the late-development advantages of inferior industry departments,and developing new tourism products.
