全球“链式经济”重构中的俄罗斯选择与中俄合作空间

摘　　要：当前,百年变局叠加世纪疫情进一步暴露全球“链式经济”的短板和痛点。全球各主要国家正在围绕如何重组或打造自主可控、安全高效的“链式经济”展开大讨论俄罗斯既不是全球“链式经济”最积极的参与者和重要的网络节点国家,也较少受到学界关注,但凭借其世界重要的能源、资源输出大国地位,依然在全球“链式经济”中占有一席之地。从应对当前全球“链式经济”重构的新变化和推进中国“双循环”战略的迫切需要出发,俄罗斯完全可以成为积极争取的合作对象国,建议以深化后疫情时代的中俄“链式经济”合作为契机,进一步拉紧新时代中俄关系的纽带。The weaknesses of the chain economy have been exposed by the centennial change coupled with the impact of the pandemic.The remodeling of the chain economies characterized by independency,controllability,safety,and high efficiency has become a hot topic for discussion throughout the world.Neither the most active participator and an indispensable terminal in the global network nor the focus of academic concerns,Russia still holds an unignorable status in the global chain economy,being a major exporter of energy and other natural resources.Russia is a good cooperation partner for China in view of the new situation of global chain economy restructuring and the urgent need for bolstering Chinas strategy of double circulation.Hence it is advisable to further improve Sino-Russian relations by deepening bilateral cooperation in the chain economy in the post-pandemic era.
