摘　　要：阴茎勃起是由心理和激素共同调节的血液､神经等多因素相互作用的结果。男性勃起功能(EF)不仅会影响夫妻生活质量,同时也能侧面反映多种慢性疾病的进展。因而阴茎EF检测对不同人群有不同的临床意义,对健康人群进行检测可用以制定参考标准,而对慢性病患者进行检测可用来反馈疾病危险层次。目前临床上评估阴茎EF的手段多样,包括体格检查､病史询问､实验室检查及特殊检查等。特殊检查中,Rigiscan阴茎硬度检测仪具有应用简便､结果客观等优点,对临床的指导意义较大。本文通过文献回顾,对不同人群阴茎EF检测手段的研究进展进行综述。Penile erection is the result of the interaction of multiple aspects such as vascular,neural and other factors,which are jointly regulated by psychological effects and hormones.Furthermore,male erectile function(EF)not only affects the quality of sexual life,but also reflects the progress of many chronic diseases,such as diabetes or cardiovascular diseases.Therefore,the test of penile EF has different clinical meanings for different groups of people.The test for healthy people is beneficial to the development of reference standards,and the test for people with chronic diseases can be used to feed back the level of disease risk.At present,there are various methods for clinical evaluation of penile EF,including physical examination,sexual history inquiry,laboratory examination and special examination.In special examination,Rigiscan penile hardness tester has the advantages of simple application and objective results,which is of great significance for clinical guidance.This article reviews the research progress of penile EF detection in different populations through literature review.
