神经肌肉电刺激联合自主训练对产后腹直肌分离的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨神经肌肉电刺激联合自主训练在产后腹直肌分离患者中的临床应用效果。方法选取2018年2月至2020年4月首都医科大学附属复兴医院收治的100例产后腹直肌分离患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用自主训练治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合腹部神经肌肉电刺激治疗,比较两组疗效､腹围以及平均治疗时间。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组腹围显著小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组平均治疗时间显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后腹直肌分离患者应用腹部神经肌肉电刺激联合自主训练的疗效肯定,可缩小腹围,缩短治疗时间。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pelvic floor neuromuscular stimulation combined with autonomous training in patients with postpartum rectus abdominis separation.Methods 100 patients with postpartum rectus abdominis muscle separation admitted to Fu Xing Hospital,Capital Medical University from February 2018 to April 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with autonomous training,and the observation group was treated with abdominal muscle electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,abdominal circumference and average treatment time of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,abdominal circumference in the observation group was significantly smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).The average treatment time of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Abdominal neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with autonomous training is certainly effective in patients with postpartum rectus muscle separation,which can reduce abdominal circumference and shorten the treatment time.
