摘  要:基于感性工学的原理与方法,利用眼动追踪实验获取被试者观察汽车造型时的眼动数据,结合汽车在线评论获取用户关于汽车造型的情感设计需求。以3款典型的汽车产品评论为例,提出一种汽车造型情感设计需求获取方法。运用模糊综合评价法与眼动追踪实验从汽车产品评论中识别用户最关注的汽车造型设计要素相对应的情感需求。通过实例验证,相较于只提取产品特征,提取特征观点对并结合眼动实验获取关注设计要素可以更有效地提取出用户对汽车造型的情感设计需求。Based on the principles and methods of perceptual engineering,the eye movement tracking experiment is used to obtain the eye movement data when the subjects observe the car shape,and the emotional design needs of the car shape that are obtained from the car online comments.Taking three typical automobile product reviews as examples,a method to obtain the emotional design requirements of automobile styling was proposed.Firstly,the kansei engineering theory was applied to mine the feature viewpoint pairs of the key modeling of automobiles based on the online comments of automobiles.Based on feature-emotion words,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to determine the weight of the evaluation index,calculate the membership degree of the comment set,and build the mapping relationship between the automobile styling design elements and the perceptual emotion words.Then,from the mapping relationship,eye movement tracking experimental data are used to obtain the emotional needs corresponding to the car styling design elements that users are most concerned about,which verifies the effectiveness of this method in extracting the emotional design needs of car front face styling.Compared with only extracting product features,extracting feature views and combining eye movement experiments to obtain concerned design elements can more effectively extract users'emotional design needs for automobile modeling.
