摘 要:通过二浸二轧技术对新型水性聚氨酯阻燃防污整理剂(DPUF)整理棉织物的工艺进行单因素实验优化。用扫描电镜(SEM)观察棉织物及棉织物燃烧后的炭层,并测试整理棉织物的阻燃性、防污性、白度、透气性、硬挺度及断裂强力。结果表明优化整理工艺为:DPUF用量25%、焙烘温度160℃、焙烘时间120 s;整理棉织物的极限氧指数(LOI值)从17.4%提高到24.3%,点燃时间(TTI)从15 s延长到31 s,热释放速率(HRR)降低60.794 kW/m^(2),总热释放量(THR)降低,棉织物的阻燃性能得到有效提升;整理棉织物的表面静态水接触角最高为143.6°,表明整理织物具有一定的防污性能;整理棉织物的白度和柔软性下降,断裂强力和断裂伸长率升高,透气性无明显变化。Finishing process of new waterborne polyurethane flame retardant and antifouling finishing agent(DPUF) on cotton fabric was optimized by the single factor tests through two dip and two rolling technology. The cotton fabric and the carbon layer of cotton fabric after combustion were observed by SEM. The flame retardant, antifouling, whiteness, air permeability, stiffness and the breaking elongation of finished cotton fabric were also tested. The results showed that the optimized finishing process was as follows: DPUF25%, baking temperature 160 ℃, baking time 120 s. The limit oxygen index(LOI value) of the finished cotton fabrics increased from 17.4% to 24.3%, the ignition time(TTI) increased from 15 s to 31 s, the heat release rate(HRR) decreased by 60.794 kW/m^(2), and the total heat release quantity(THR) decreased, which indicated that the flame retardant property of cotton fabrics was effectively improved. The maximum surface static water contact angle of the finished fabric was 143.6°, indicating that the finished fabric had certain antifouling properties. The whiteness and softness of the finished cotton fabric decreased, the breaking strength and elongation at break increased, and the air permeability did not change significantly.
