摘 要:为了提升热电池用金属紧固架材料的表面绝缘特性,本文采用聚有机硅倍半氧烷基漆料对紧固架材料进行表面处理,结果发现聚有机硅倍半氧烷漆料与紧固架材料保持良好的结合力,即使经过高温热处理,漆料依然附着于紧固架材料表面。此外,改性的紧固架材料在600℃的环境温度下仍然表现出80MΩ的绝缘阻值,满足了高压热电池的使用要求。In order to improve the surface insulation characteristics of metal fastening frame materials for thermal batteries,polysiloxane sesquioxane paint was used to treat the surface of fastening frame materials.The results showed that polysiloxane sesquioxane paint maintained good adhesion with fastening frame materials.Even after high-temperature heat treatment,the paint was still attached to the surface of fastening frame materials.In addition,the modified fastening frame material still shows an insulation resistance of 80MΩat the ambient temperature of 600℃,which meets the application requirements of high-voltage thermal battery.
