摘 要:随着工艺行业的发展,市场对环氧丙烷的需求逐年增多,传统的环氧丙烷精馏提取工艺较复杂,对环氧丙烷的提取率较低,并产生大量废渣,造成资源浪费。因此,提出共氧化法环氧丙烷精馏提取工艺方法。选择提取精馏溶剂,测定液体pH值,基于共氧化法对环氧丙烷进行分离处理,获取环氧丙烷提取剂;采用吸附试剂对提取过程中产生的杂质进行吸附脱除,得到环氧丙烷。实验结果表明,此方法对环氧丙烷的精馏提取率较传统方法存在明显差异,本文设计共氧化法对环氧丙烷的精馏提取工艺方法提取率较高,提取剂中的杂质经过吸附脱除后较少,提取剂纯度较高。减少了提取过程中产生的杂质与废渣,对工艺发展起到促进作用。With the development of process industry,the market demand for propylene oxide is increasing year by year.The traditional distil-lation extraction process of propylene oxide is complicated,and the extraction rate of propylene oxide is low,and a large amount of waste residue is produced,resulting in waste of resources.Therefore,the co-oxidation distillation extraction process of propylene oxide was proposed.Selecting an ex-traction and rectification solvent,measuring the pH value of the liquid,and separating propylene oxide based on a co-oxidation method to obtain a propylene oxide extractant.Adsorbing and removing impurities generated in the extraction process by using an adsorption reagent to obtain propylene oxide.The experimental results show that the distillation extraction rate of propylene oxide by this method is significantly different from that by tradi-tional methods.In this paper,the distillation extraction process of propylene oxide by CO oxidation method is designed.The extraction rate is higher,the impurities in the extractant are less after adsorption removal,and the purity of the extractant is higher.The impurities and waste residue produced in the extraction process are reduced,which promotes the development of the process.
