摘　　要：本文对乳化炸药生产线联建工艺技术要求进行了具体分析研究,联建工艺技术将水油相制备、乳化、冷却、敏化、装药等工序连成一体,形成一个完整的连续进料、出料的系统,联建工艺技术自动化程度高、生产成本低、生产效率高、工艺布局顺畅、更安全环保。In this paper,the technical requirements of combined construction technology of emulsion explosive production line are analyzed and studied.The combined construction technology integrates water-oil phase preparation,emulsification,cooling,sensitization and charging to form a complete continuous feeding and discharging system.The combined construction technology has high automation,low production cost,high production efficiency,smooth process layout,and is safer and more environmentally friendly.
