摘 要:在我国经济发展过程中,钛白粉生产需求显著增多,但是,钛白粉生产具有高能耗、高污染特性,如何优化钛白粉生产工艺,是钛白粉生产行业创新发展的关键所在。对此,通过分析钛白粉生产过程,提出一种基于冷热电联供的钛白粉生产工艺,依托技术原理分析建立工艺模型,并依靠实例研究进行优化设计,以期显著提高钛白粉生产水平,推动我国工业生产的进一步发展。In the process of China’s economic development,the demand for titanium dioxide production has increased significantly.However,titanium dioxide production has the characteristics of high energy consumption and high pollution.How to optimize the titanium dioxide production process is the key to the innovation and development of titanium dioxide production industry.In this regard,by analyzing the titanium dioxide produc-tion process,a titanium dioxide production process based on combined cooling,heating and power supply is proposed,the process model is established based on the technical principle analysis,and the optimization design is carried out based on the case study,in order to significantly improve the tita-nium dioxide production level and promote the further development of China’s industrial production.
