摘　　要：癌性腹痛作为消化系统肿瘤或转移瘤引起的常见不良反应之一,常影响患者的生活质量,加重患者的痛苦。根据患者的临床表现特点,癌性腹痛可归于"腹痛"范畴。在"腹痛病"辨证论治中,肿瘤患者因疾病日久,久病阴血亏耗,脾阴亏虚,血不濡养经脉,大腹失濡,故腹部时痛。本文拟结合临床案例介绍孙伟芬教授治疗癌性腹痛的临证经验。As one of the common adverse reactions caused by digestive system tumors or metastases, cancerous abdominal pain often affects the quality of life and aggravates the pain of patients. According to the clinical characteristics of patients, cancerous abdominal pain can be classified as "abdominal pain". In the syndrome differentiation and treatment of "abdominal pain disease", tumor patients suffer from abdominal pain because of long-term disease, yin and blood loss, spleen yin deficiency, blood does not nourish the meridians, and the big abdomen is lost. Combined with clinical cases, this paper introduces professor Sun Weifen’s clinical experience in the treatment of cancerous abdominal pain.
