基于文献计量学和Cite Space可视化工具分析推拿在失眠中的应用

摘　　要：目的:通过对国内近二十年推拿在失眠中的相关研究进行文献计量及可视化分析,探索研究现状、热点和前沿趋势。方法:以CNKI数据库为文献来源,检索2001年~2020年推拿治疗失眠的相关研究,运用Cite Space和文献计量进行关键词共现和聚类、时间线视图和突现探测,并绘制相应的可视化图谱。结果:最终纳入1278篇文献,知识图谱分析,推拿治疗失眠的研究热度不断上升,主要以临床研究为主,研究热点与前沿集中在推拿联合针灸、中药的综合方案,心脾两虚型、宁心安神、系统评价、颈源性失眠、原发性失眠、围绝经期失眠、脑卒中/高血压/焦虑等情志障碍型和等方面。结论:可视化分析较直观的展现推拿在失眠中的应用,初步揭示了研究现状、热点及前沿趋势,多角度、多层次探索推拿的临床和基础研究,为推拿在失眠中的进一步研究发展提供参考。Objectives: Through the literature metrology and visualization analysis of the domestic research on tuina in insomnia in the past 20 years,the research status, hot spots and frontier trends were explored. Methods: Using CNKI database as the literature source, the relevant studies on tuina therapy for insomnia from 2001 to 2020 were retrieved, Cite Space and Bibliometrics was used to carry out keyword co-occurrence and clustering,time line view and burst detection, and draw the corresponding visual map. Results: 1278 articles, into a knowledge map analysis, heat rising overall tuina therapy for insomnia research, mainly composed of clinical research, research hot spot and front focus on an integrated approach to tuina combined acupuncture and Chinese medicine, cervical origin insomnia, calming nerves, system evaluation, primary insomnia, perimenopausal insomnia,cerebral apoplexy/hypertension/anxiety and other emotional disorders, etc. Conclusion: Visualization analysis is more intuitive to show the application of massage in insomnia, initially revealed the research status, hot spots and frontier trends, multi-angle, multi-level exploration of tuina clinical and basic research, to provide reference for massage in insomnia further research and development.
