摘　　要：现有的真空烧结炉在烧结含有锌和增塑剂成分润滑剂压制的合金时,由于该润滑剂的特点,生产时不易脱除干净且易堵塞设备管道,为此,采用特殊的结构设计和适当的工艺设置,既利于润滑剂的脱除,也方便了对设备的使用。When sintering the alloy pressed by the lubricant containing zinc and plasticizer in the existing vacuum sintering furnace, due to the characteristics of the lubricant, it is not easy to remove the lubricant during production and it is easy to block the equipment pipeline. Therefore, a special structural design and appropriate process setting are adopted, which is not only conducive to the removal of the lubricant, but also convenient for the use of the equipment.
