摘　　要：介绍了活性石灰回转窑生产系统用耐火材料应用现状、功能耐火材料新产品研发及应用。通过功能型新材料研发和整体结构设计,优化该系统耐火材料内衬配置,解决活性石灰系统关键部位和易损部位耐火材料现有问题,使之各个部位耐火材料内衬使用寿命基本同步,减少停窑检修次数,有效延长窑炉使用寿命,提高生产作业率,降低能源消耗,提高资源综合效率。The application status of refractories materials used in the production system of active lime rotary kiln, and the research and development and application of new functional refractories materials are introduced. Through the research and development of functional new materials and the overall structure design, the refractory lining configuration of the system is optimized, and the existing problems of refractories in the key parts and vulnerable parts of the active lime system are solved. It makes the service life of refractory lining in each part basically synchronous, reduces the times of kiln shutdown and maintenance, effectively prolongs the service life of kiln, improves the production operation rate, reduces energy consumption and improves the comprehensive efficiency of resources.
