基于DEMATEL-ISM模型的鲜食玉米产业发展制约因素分析

摘　　要：围绕鲜食玉米产业链,以吉林省为研究对象,运用DEMATEL-ISM模型诊断制约鲜食玉米产业发展的因素,并提出相应的发展对策。吉林省具有种植鲜食玉米的资源优势,但并没有转变为产业优势和经济优势。模型结果显示,根源制约因素为劳动力素质偏低和产业集聚度不高,直接因素为龙头企业发展缓慢和品牌价值不大。根据上述制约因素,提出重视人力资源培训、提高产业集聚度、打造鲜食玉米龙头企业、扩大鲜食玉米品牌知名度等4条建议。This paper analyzes the factors restricting the development of fresh corn industry in Jilin province by using interpretative structure model,puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Jilin province has geographical advantages in planting fresh corn,but it has not changed into an industrial and economic advantage.According to the results of DEMATEL-ISM diagnosis,the root constraints factors are labor quality and industrial agglomeration.The direct constraints factors are the development of leading enterprises and the brand value of industries.As such,four suggestions are put forward:pay attention to human resource training,improve the degree of industrial agglomeration,build leading enterprises of fresh corn,and expand brand awareness of fresh corn.
