摘 要:切顶卸压自动成巷技术能大幅提高采区煤炭采出率、降低巷道掘进率,为进一步扩大该技术的试用性范围、完善其应用体系,以益新煤矿43073工作面缓倾斜厚煤层拱形断面回风巷为例,开展该地质条件下的技术应用研究。在对倾斜及缓倾斜煤层切顶成巷技术应用难点进行分析的基础上,对试验工作面留巷切顶进行设计,并采用数值模拟方法对切顶效果进行模拟验证;对缓倾斜厚煤层拱形断面上巷切顶留巷配套适应性技术进行总结,设计得到各项技术的关键参数;于试验工作面进行了实践验证,留巷变形及工作面矿压监测显示留巷整体变形量较小,切顶卸压效果明显,留巷可以满足相邻工作面的复用需求。The technology of roof cutting pressure releasing gob-side entry retaining can greatly improve the coal recovery rate and reduce the tunneling rate.In order to expand the application scope of this technology and improve its application system,the technical application research is carried out for a tailentry in of 43073 working face in Yixin Coal Mine,which is an arch-section entry in gently inclined thick coal seam.Firstly,based on the analysis of the application difficulties of roof cutting entry retaining under inclined and gently inclined coal seams,the roof cutting of entry retaining in test face is designed,and the roof cutting effect is simulated and verified with numerical simulation.Then,the matching technologies for the roof cutting is summarized,and the key parameters of each technology are obtained.After that,the technology is verified in the test working face,and the monitoring results of entry deformation and working face mine pressure shows that,the overall deformation of the retained entry is small,the pressure releasing effect is obvious,and the retained entry meet the reuse requirement for adjacent working faces.
