摘 要:为解决白坪煤矿低透气性构造软煤瓦斯抽采质量差的问题,理论分析了影响低透气性构造软煤瓦斯抽采效果的主控因素,提出了基于封孔工艺、"钻孔修复+二次卸压增透"的穿层钻孔瓦斯抽采成套工艺技术体系。通过优化封孔工艺、"钻孔修复+二次卸压增透"新工艺技术现场应用,使得瓦斯抽采平均浓度提高了约1.41~1.85倍,单孔平均瓦斯抽采量提高了约3.11~3.85倍,证实了该工艺技术在白坪煤矿低透气性且应力敏感性强的全层构造软煤瓦斯抽采中的优势,旨在为该类煤层瓦斯抽采新工艺技术大面积推广应用提供相应的技术支撑。Aiming at the poor gas extraction quality in soft tectonic coal with low permeability in Baiping Coal Mine,the main control factors affecting the gas extraction effect are analyzed theoretically.A new gas extraction technology system proposed,comprising optimization of hole sealing technology,borehole repair,secondary pressure relief and permeability enhancement.The technology system was applied,the average gas extraction concentration is increased by 1.41~1.85 times,and the average gas extraction volume of a single hole is increased by about 3.11~3.85 times,which confirms the advantages of the new gas extraction technology in the full seam tectonic soft coal with extremely low permeability and strong stress sensitivity in Baiping Coal Mine.
