摘  要:针对赵庄煤矿工作面回采过程瓦斯治理现状,通过分析工作面回采过程中的瓦斯来源和涌出规律,结合工作面巷道布置实际设计,设计施工高位钻孔抽采技术、横川闭墙埋管抽采技术,增加底抽巷闭墙埋管抽采技术,对顶板裂隙带积聚瓦斯、垮落带积聚瓦斯、下邻近层上涌瓦斯进行针对性精准抽采。进一步分析得到工作面回采过程中三种分源联合立体抽采技术的抽采浓度、抽采纯量变化规律,验证了三种抽采技术在瓦斯治理中主要作用,并给出了三种抽采技术的最佳抽采混量。通过运用新的分源联合立体抽采模式,使得U形通风方式下的日产万吨的松软煤层高产工作面上隅角、回风巷最高瓦斯浓度在0.7%以下,保障了工作面安全回采。Aiming at the current situation of gas control in working face of Zhaozhuang Coal Mine,the gas source and emission law during the working face mining are analyzed.Combining with the working face roadway layout,the gas extraction techniques of high-level drilling and cross-heading closed wall buried pipe are designed and implemented,and closed-wall buried pipe extraction is deployed in the floor gas extraction tunnel,to accurately extract the accumulated gas in the cracked zone of the roof and the caving zone,and upwelling gas from the lower adjacent seam.The variation in the concentration and scalar amount of the three gas sources during mining are obtained,to determine the main functions of the three extraction technologies,and the optimal extraction matching ration of the three technologies are given.With the proposed source-oriented three-dimensional gas extraction,the maximum gas concentration at the upper corner and tailentry is below 0.7%under the U-shaped ventilation mode,ensuring the safe mining of the soft coal seam working face outputting 10,000 tons coal per day.
