摘 要:为了保障毛家庄煤矿掘进工作面的安全施工,确保矿井生产正常接续,提出毛家庄煤矿掘进工作面瓦斯防治技术方案。通过对矿井掘进期间的瓦斯涌出特征进行分析,选取瓦斯压力、瓦斯含量、绝对瓦斯涌出量、钻屑量及Δh_(2)等参数作为基础指标,采取区域瓦斯压力测定、区域瓦斯防治措施、局部危险性预测、局部抽采措施、抽采效果验证的方式对掘进工作面进行瓦斯跟踪治理。试验结果表明:毛家庄煤矿跟踪区域最大瓦斯压力为0.24MPa;掘进工作面最大瓦斯含量为5.45m^(3)/t;钻屑量、Δh_(2)最大分别可达3.4kg/m、160Pa;通过对掘进工作面两帮采取边掘边抽的局部抽采措施,所有测定值均小于临界值,并且未发现其他异常情况。毛家庄煤矿掘进工作面瓦斯防治技术方案可有效保障掘进工作面的安全施工,确保矿井正常接续、均衡稳定生产。In order to ensure the safe construction of in the driving face of Maojiazhuang Coal Mine and guarantee the smooth driving-mining succession,gas governance plan of the driving face is proposed.By analyzing the gas emission characteristics during the mine excavation,the parameters such as gas pressure,gas content,absolute gas emission,drilling cuttings anΔh_(2) are selected as basic indicators,and regional gas pressure measurement,regional gas control measures,and local hazard prediction,local gas extraction and extraction effect verification are adopted for gas tracking and controlling in the driving face.The test results show that the maximum gas pressure in the tracking area of Maojiazhuang Coal Mine is 0.24 MPa,the maximum gas content of the driving face is 5.45 m^(3)/t,the amount of drill cuttings and the maximumΔh_(2) can reach 3.4 kg/m and 160 Pa,respectively;with the local gas extraction in the sidewalls of the working face while driving,all the measured values are less than the critical value,and no other abnormalities is found.Safe construction of the driving face is guaranteed,smooth driving-mining succession and balanced and stable production is ensured.
