摘  要:为了缓解餐厨垃圾厌氧消化产沼气过程中酸化和氨氮抑制,提高其产甲烷潜力,采用向厌氧消化体系中添加硅藻土和磁化硅藻土,在中温(36±1)℃条件下进行批次产沼气试验,探究硅藻土及磁化硅藻土的添加量对餐厨垃圾厌氧消化产沼气特性的影响。结果表明:添加10 g/L磁化硅藻土的餐厨垃圾产甲烷量最高,达到428.25 mL CH4/g VS,比对照组提高了17.7%。添加硅藻土可以有效改善反应体系的稳定性,缓解挥发性脂肪酸(VFAs)和氨氮抑制,有效提升反应体系中脱氢酶的活性。本研究结果将有助于解决餐厨垃圾厌氧消化工程中酸化和氨氮抑制导致的消化失败,保证厌氧消化体系稳定运行。To alleviate the inhibition of acidification and ammonia nitrogen in the biogas production of anaerobic digestion of kitchen waste,as well as to improve its methane production potential,diatomite and magnetized diatomite were added to the anaerobic digestion system.The batch biogas production test was carried out at medium temperature(36±1)℃to explore the influence of the addition amount of diatomite and magnetized diatomite on the biogas production characteristics of anaerobic digestion of kitchen waste..The results showed that adding 10 g/L magnetized diatomite had the maximum methane production,up to 428.25 mL CH4/g VS,which was 17.7%higher than that of the control group.The addition of diatomite can effectively improve the stability of the reaction system,alleviate the inhibition of volatile fatty acids(VFAs)and ammonia nitrogen,and effectively improve the activity of dehydrogenase in the reaction system.The results of this study will help to solve the digestion failure caused by the inhibition of acidification and ammonia nitrogen in the anaerobic digestion engineering of kitchen waste,and ensure the stable operation of the anaerobic digestion system.
