摘  要:为了进一步提升重卡汽车运行的稳定性和安全性,对重卡变速箱后置副箱作了基本概述,在分析故障原因、提出改进思路的基础上,重点以高低挡位同步器为例对其进行强化设计,并对改进后高低挡位同步器的换挡性能和使用寿命进行对比研究,为今后重卡变速箱关键部件的改进设计奠定理论基础。In order to further improve the stability and safety of heavy truck operation,a basic overview of the rear subbox of heavy truck transmission is given,and on the basis of analyzing the causes of failure and proposing improvement ideas,the high and low gear synchronizer is used as an example to strengthen its design,and a comparative study on the shifting performance and service life of the improved high and low gear synchronizer is conducted to lay a theoretical foundation for the improvement design of key components of heavy truck transmission in the future.Theoretical basis for the future improvement of key components of heavy truck transmission.
