摘　　要：为了提高综采工作面搬家、准备效率,减轻员工劳动强度,在四台矿C8号煤层802盘区首采80207工作面引进了国内第一台低污染、重载荷、大功率单轨吊,解决煤矿“最后一公里”的运输任务。重点对单轨吊机车设备选型、机车编组及轨道安装进行研究,最终选用了石家庄煤机生产的DC280/160Y型10驱单轨吊车,并在每根轨道上加装斜拉,采用“4+2+2+2”驱动形式(4个驱动+48t起吊梁+2个驱动+司机室+主机+2.个驱动+8t起吊梁+2个驱动+司机室)。In order to improve the efficiency of moving and prepari ng for the comprehensive mining face and reduce the labor intensity of the employees,the first low-pollution,heavy-load,high-power monorail crane was introduced to the first 80207 working face in the 802 pan area of the C8 coal seam in Sidaimine to solve the"last mile"transportation task of the coal mine.The study focused on monorail crane equipment selection,locomotive grouping and track installation,and finally selected the DC280/160Y 10-drive monorail crane produced by Shijiazhuang Coal Machinery,with a reasonable layout of drive form,using"4+2+2+2"(4 drives+48 t lifting beam+2 drives+driver's cab+host+2 Drive+8 t lifting beam+2 drives+driver's room).
