回风巷锚杆支护及数值模拟问题探讨

摘  要:在对山西朔州平鲁区龙矿大恒煤业有限公司9^(-1)煤层一采区下组煤西翼回风巷顶底板情况进行概况的基础上,运用FLAC^(3D)有限元软件进行了煤层锚杆支护条件下回风巷数值模拟,并进行了锚杆支护条件下围岩屈服破坏、围岩垂直应力、围岩水平应力及围岩位移分布等情况与无锚杆支护的比较分析。结果表明,进行巷道围岩锚杆支护处理后,两帮围岩垂直应力分布状况明显好转,且两帮垂直应力区范围明显增大,顶板水平应力降低范围及围岩屈服破坏范围减小,锚固结构体强度显著提升,顶底板与两帮移近量也得到显著控制。Based on the overview of the top and bottom of the return airway of the west wing of the lower coal group in the first mining area of the 9-1 coal seam of Lonmin Daheng Coal Co.The comparative analysis of anchor rod support The results show that after the anchor rod support treatment,the vertical stress distribution of the surrounding rock in the two gangs is significantly improved,and the range of vertical stress nucleation area in the two gangs is significantly increased,the range of horizontal stress reduction in the top plate and the range of yield damage in the surrounding rock are reduced,the strength of the anchored structure is significantly improved,and the displacement of the top and bottom plates and the two gangs are significantly controlled.
