液压支架关键零部件锻造工艺的改进研究

摘  要:为解决因关键零部件生产制造不合格导致的液压支架性能无法达到要求,影响正常使用的问题,在介绍液压支架基本原理的基础上,对包含立柱缸底、千斤顶活塞杆、推移千斤顶连接耳轴、立柱与千斤顶导向套在内的几个关键零部件锻造工艺进行分析,针对传统工艺存在的不足,提出具体的改进方法,并通过实践验证了改进后锻造工艺的合理性、可行性与经济性。In order to solve the problem that the performance of hydraulic bracket cannot meet the requirements and affect the normal use due to the unqualified manufacturing of key parts,based on the introduction of the basic principle of hydraulic bracket,the forging process of several key parts including column cylinder bottom,jack piston rod,pushing jack connecting trunnion,column and jack guide sleeve is analyzed,and the shortcomings of the traditional process are proposed.Specific improvement methods are proposed for the shortcomings of the traditional process,and the rationality,feasibility and economy of the improved forging process are verified through practice.
